Our candy floss cakes are freshly made to order and have an approximate shelf life of 3 weeks from delivery, provided they remain sealed and are stored correctly.
We recommend ordering approximately ONE WEEK BEFORE your event.
This gives your cake plenty of time to arrive while allowing for unexpected postal delays.
If you're ordering for a birthday, party or special occasion, please avoid leaving your purchase until the last minute.
🍬 STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
✔️ Keep your cake sealed in its original packaging until required.
✔️ Store in a cool, dry place.
✔️ Keep away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight.
✔️ Do not refrigerate or freeze.
✔️ Once opened, enjoy as soon as possible.

Preparation time: Up to 2 working days.
Standard delivery: Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
IMPORTANT: Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail or another courier, actual delivery times depend on the carrier.
Occasional delays can happen due to adverse weather, bank holidays, busy postal periods or other circumstances outside our control.
We always aim to dispatch orders within our stated processing time.
Need your cake for a special date?
We strongly recommend ordering approximately one week in advance.
Faster postage options may be available at checkout. Please remember that selecting faster delivery does not reduce our preparation time.
