1. General Policy
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly via email, website chat, or the selling platform where you made your purchase.
2. Food Products (Candy Floss, Edible Gifts, Cakes, Cookies, Graze Boxes)
- Returns are not accepted on opened food products unless there is a problem with dispatch or receipt (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged in transit, or item not as described).
- If your food item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- For freshness, we schedule deliveries to ensure products arrive in top condition.
3. Personalized & Engraved Items
- Personalized and engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty or we have made an error.
- If the engraving matches the information you provided at checkout, returns are not accepted for customer spelling or detail errors.
- If we made a mistake in the personalization, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
4. Non-Personalized, Non-Food Items
- Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
5. Refund Process
- To request a return or refund, contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if relevant.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.
