Can I return personalised or food items?
Many of our items are made or personalised especially for you, and our K Floss and Pop® range includes food products, so change-of-mind returns may not always be available. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How long does candy floss stay fresh?
Our candy floss is made fresh to order. Candy floss cakes and similar sealed products are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of delivery. Keep them sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Please don’t refrigerate them, as moisture can affect the candy floss.
When will I get my order?
Many of our products are made or personalised to order, so processing times can vary. You’ll see the estimated delivery time when ordering, with faster delivery options available at checkout where offered. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and occasional postal delays can happen. We’ll send you tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
Where are your products made?
Many of our gifts are designed, personalised, engraved or finished by us in Essex. Our K Floss and Pop® candy floss and edible products are freshly prepared and packed by us, with food production carried out under our 5-star food hygiene rating. Some gift blanks, materials and components are sourced from trusted suppliers before we add our own designs and personalisation.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on your order and the delivery service selected. We offer standard and faster delivery options where available, You’ll be able to see the available options and costs before completing your purchase.
